Terms of Service

Effective 19 May 2026. These terms apply to all use of RevSecure.

Who RevSecure is for

RevSecure is a trades operations platform for UK-based trade businesses — plumbers, heating engineers, and similar. It helps you manage jobs, customers, leads, invoices, cashflow, and scheduling from one workspace.

An optional AI Receptionist add-on is available for missed-call handling. It is separate from the core app and requires setup before it is active.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

Each account is associated with one workspace. You are responsible for the business and customer data you enter into RevSecure.

Trial

RevSecure offers a free trial when you create a new account. No payment card is required to start the trial. The length of the trial is shown in Billing.

When the trial ends, you can continue viewing your existing data, but creating new work requires an active subscription.

Subscription and billing

RevSecure operates on a monthly subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and available plans are shown on the Billing page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. RevSecure does not store your card details.

Pricing may change. We will give reasonable notice before any change affects your active subscription.

Customer card payments, where enabled, are processed through Stripe Checkout. Payout handling and availability for customer-facing payment links may depend on the payment setup confirmed for your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through Billing or by contacting support. After cancellation, your account may become read-only. Your data is not automatically deleted.

To request deletion of your data, contact support. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal reasons.

Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for the customer, job, and invoice information you enter into RevSecure. This includes ensuring that you have appropriate authority to store contact and address details for the customers and sites you add.

Invoices and payments

RevSecure supports invoice drafting and print-to-PDF workflows. Payment status in RevSecure is tracking state only. RevSecure does not send invoices on your behalf, email your customers, or collect payment between you and your customers unless a specific feature is marked as doing so.

AI Receptionist

AI Receptionist is a setup-supported feature. It is not active until phone routing, working hours, and business rules have been configured with RevSecure. It is not guaranteed to be live immediately after signup.

RevSecure does not guarantee that every call is captured or every enquiry is correctly qualified. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.

Acceptable use

RevSecure is designed for lawful use by legitimate trade businesses. You must not use the platform to process or store data unlawfully, violate the privacy of individuals, misrepresent your business, or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you enter about your customers — names, addresses, phone numbers — is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Service availability

We aim to keep RevSecure available and running well. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and may carry out maintenance or updates from time to time. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Changes to the service

We may update or change features of RevSecure from time to time. We will aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect how you use the platform. Continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RevSecure's liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
